Amy LePore, Ph.D
President
Amy LePore brings extensive experience gained over an expansive career in public and private sector organizations. She has been routinely called upon to direct large multi-agency projects and coordinate response efforts to disasters for government agencies, private companies, and non-profit entities. In 2007 and 2008, her colleagues from across the state of Maryland elected her to the office of President of the Maryland Emergency Management Association.
Amy also offers Anthem’s clients an extensive research background. She is the author of several academic articles that seek to inform the practice of disaster response. Additional articles, including research on public-private partnerships and intergovernmental relations (both with the Responding to Crisis Research Group, Mercatus Center, George Mason University) offer analysis of everyday policy issues facing responding organizations. Most notably, Amy is the author of a nationwide study on the impact of FEMA grants and is the editor of The Future of Disaster Management in the U.S (ASPA). Amy employs her research background in each and every project to assist clients as they make policy, procedure, and personnel changes.
As President of Anthem, Amy serves clients across the country and manages Anthem’s internal operations and growth strategy.

Dylan Griffith
CEO
Dylan Griffith specializes in IT and communications system project management. His career has spanned network and communications system design in both civilian and military environments. His expertise in network administration and system backhaul makes him an invaluable resource for organizations considering replacing or improving their radio communications systems.
Dylan has led organizations through the design and implementation of UAV programs and can offer clients UAV flights for infrastructure assessment and other photography needs.
In his consultant role, Dylan is focused on meeting the technology and change management needs of our clients.
